Shipping policy
At Winchester Automotive, we’re car enthusiasts just like you, and we understand the frustration of waiting for parts to be shipped. To streamline the process, we aim to dispatch all orders placed by 4 PM and under 5kg within 2 business days.
For larger items, we ensure they are carefully packaged the same day and scheduled for pickup with one of our trusted courier partners, with collection taking place the following business day. We work closely with Australia Post, StarTrack, and other reliable courier services to provide timely and secure delivery.

Absolutely. We ship worldwide. If you are in located outside Australia please contact us for a shipping cost to you. As international shipping prices fluctuate international shipping quotes are valid for 24 hours.

How will my order be packed?
We package each and every order the way we would like to receive it - rest assured your items will not be damaged in transit from poor packaging.
Are all orders provided with tracking information?
All orders will have a tracking number available and we will send you a courtesy picture of your packaged items before they are sent.
Do you offer local pickup
Local pick up is available via appointment only. Please select "pick up" at the chekcout. Once your order is confirmed please contact us to arrange a suitable time to collect your order once you have recieved your "order is ready for collection" email.
