Traditionally people have used a pipe fitting to delete the factory JZ oil cooler which has no practical way to tighten it against the block with out damaging the threads. This leads to loose / leaking oil filters or the stud backing off in the block. Our Design eliminates this issue by incorporating a 24mm hex drive into the stud so it can be tightened up with a deep socket against the supplied aluminium washer.
